Yukinobosha is the multi award winning sake brewer from Akita, North Japan. Since their trophy winning at 2011 International Wine Challenge in London by Junmai Daiginjo / Junmai Ginjo category, the brewer became so popular all around the world and nowadays, it is getting harder and harder to source the stock.

This is the highest grade, super premium Junmai Daiginjo made from the king of sake rice Yamadanishiki 45% polished down mixed with Akita local grown Akita Sake Komachi.
The unfiltered & undiluted fresh sake as it's birth, with beautiful fresh fruit aroma reminding of honeydew melon & white peach followed by clean pure taste with layers of flavors.
