Brewed with king of sake rice “YAMADA NISHIKI" 100%, Kyoto, Fushimi’s famous natural medium hard water “FUSHIMIZU” and longer term fermentation method called “KIMOTO YAMAHAI” (using 2 selected natural lactic acid), this sake has all the important elements for sake making 1. Rice 2. Water & 3. Craftman's Skill. With master brewer Mr Takakura's pride and passion are fully infused, this is the total outstanding special Junmai bottle from Kizakura Brewry with elegancy in fragrance and super richness in flavour.
