Brewed with king of sake rice “YAMADA NISHIKI" 100%, Kyoto, Fushimi’s famous natural medium hard water “FUSHIMIZU” and longer term fermentation method called “KIMOTO YAMAHAI” (using 2 selected natural lactic acid), this sake has all the important elements for sake making 1. Rice 2. Water & 3. Craftman's Skill.
