Kamotsuru is one of the most historic sake brewers in Hiroshima established in 1623. (380 years ago!) They started exporting sake to overseas in late 19 century including displaying bottles at Paris Expo in 1900. With their skills and knowledge, Kamotsuru make this fresh and sweet Reishu which is designed to be taken chilled. It has a fruity fragrance and very smooth flavour. Perfect option as aperitif.
