Kasumitsuru is specialized in making Kimoto/Yamahai method sake and from last year, they have decided to make only Kimoto/Yamahai sake. Rich body & Umami combined with strong acidity & dryness that all come from the longer fermentation & natural wild lactic acid. Great to drink it room temperature. Good matching with meat dishes.
