Michisakari Kojikomi Junmai (Daiginjo) is another fanatstic dry sake from Michisakari Shuzo. Made from 40% polished down Yamadanishiki rice. Kojikomi means small lot 100% hand made sake. This sake is the highest grade in Michisakri Shuzo and it has small fragrance, mineral & savory flavoured sake with a natural sparkling made from its fermentation. Comparing to Michisakari Junmai, this sake has more richness in a flavour. Great matching with oily dishes.
