Sake Japan’s new favorite, Hiroshima’s premium sake brewery Aihara Brewery’s super limited & ultimate premium sake Ugonotsuki Daiginjo Masui is the grand winner of 1995’s All Japan Sake Competition Daiginjo Category. Using 100% Yamadanishiki rice grown in special A area in Hyogo prefecture (rice polishing rate is 35%!), 100% handmade with full of care by Aihara’s head brewer Toji Mr. Horimoto, 100% of Aihara Brewery’s 100 years brewing techniques & policy infused, Ugonotsuki Daiginjo Masui is absolutely the best Daiginjo you can drink in Australia from Aihara Brewery, Hiroshima. Soon as you open the bottle, a beautiful fruit basket of Nashi pear, strawberry, apple & banana pops up into your nose. Once you sip, beautiful fruity & semi sweet flavour spread all over your mouth with a great impact. There are a few flavours changing on your palate then finishing long last dry finish just as a classic Ugonotsuki style. It is just unbelievable to see how the sake can be so clean, elegant, fresh and rich. Great bottle to celebrate the special occasion with your family and friends. Perfect matching with fresh oyster, lobster or tuna sashimi. Please chill the bottle down to 8-10℃ and it will give you the inexperienced pleasure of sake.
