This slightly low alcoholed light flavoured semi dry sake is Nagano's legendary Nanawarai Shuzo's good concept bottle for sake beginners & ladies. It has a beautiful fruity Ginjo fragrance like nashi pear or green apple and a nice amount of acidity that gives you a good impact and dry finish. The flavour is complex and delicate reminiscent of nuts, cream and even a bit of mountain greens such as Wasabi or Shida ferns in the after taste. This Ginjo is Namachozoshu which means it has been pasteurized only once before bottling so it delivers you the extra freshness in aflavour. Good to be consumed chilled in a hot summer day with lightly flvoured dishes such as seaweed & salomn sashimi salad or simply sushi & sashimi.
