Junmai Daiginjo Nishingoten is smooth dry Junmai Daiginjo. Its name Nishingoten means Herring Mansion. Its taken from the mansions that rich fishermen built in Otaru city who made a wealth from Herring trading in early 1900's. Kitanohomare try to reappearance the sake those rich Herring fishermen used to drink. Nishingoten has a amber color and light Ginjo fragrance. Its body is rich as typical Daiginjo and it has light acidity that stimulates a palate softly with long dry finish as a typical Hokkaido style sake.
