Joto Honjozo Tosatsuru is made of the deep ocean water "Kaiyoushinsousui" which contains less chemicals and germs than ocean surface water. It makes sake taste very clean & crisp. Firstly, there is a light creamy fragrance of caramel. Maybe a hint of chestnut. Then a sweetness of rice comes in your mouth with a long tail of acidity and a good amount of dryness. This fresh, light bodied, dry flavour sake hardly gets you bored with meals. Also You can enjoy this Honjozo in warm temperatures such as around 45 degrees will be the best drinking temperature during the winter time.
