Ginrei Tateyama "Ama Harashi" is the limited Junmai Daiginjo brewed only twice a year in a middle of cold winter. It has a beautiful fruit Ginjo fragrance just like Japanese nashi pear & green apple. To reach the extra high level of elegancy and delicacy, they milled 63% of this the best quality sake rice Yamadanishiki grown in Hyogo. It can go fantastically well with sushi and sashimi but also some of cheese & fruit entree dishes. This is one of the best clean,fruity & dry Junmai Daiginjo from Japan.
