.Go Shu is the only sake brewed in Australia, originally set up by Japanese sake brewry Konishi Shuzu from Itami, Hyogo. about 20 years ago, Konishi decided to build a sake brewry in Penrith, NSW, brought all traditional sake brewing system including equipment, tools, recipe & people for this new challenge. Now the company is owned by Australian but the sake is still brewed by Japanese sake master under the traditional brewing method. The best part of Go Shu is fresh ingredients. Go Shu uses Australian grown rice. Also the fresh pure mineral water from Blue Mountain gives Go Shu sake fresh & clean taste. Go Shu Blue is Junmai Ginjo grade sake with beautiful tropical nose such as pineapple, white peach & strawberry. Light on front palate as well as juicy on mid palate with nice dry crisp finish. Best drink chilled under the sun with fresh shucked oysters.
