Ihyumon means a stubborn man in Kumamoto as a dialect. Obviously, this deep blue bottle shows you a strong character of this shochu. Made from 100% Kumamoto barley and water from Aso Mountain. Distilled in a traditional normal temperature to keep original flavour but to cut off coarse bit of taste, filtered in zero degree. Ihyumon has a strong, crispy flavour and multi layers of richness.
