Oimatsu Shuzo has over 200 years old history as one of the original shochu distillers as well as sake brewers in Oita prefecture. They say, there are some special places no one can get close in sake kura (sake storehouse). There are still something has been sleeping over years and years. Enma is one of them. It's a barley shochu aged in oak barrel for 3 years. Indeed Enma has slight oak fragrance and well rounded flavour with smooth finish. A winner of the grand gold medal at Mondo Selection 2006. For those who likes whisky, this one will be a big surprise.
